ConocoPhillips COP said Dec. 14, 2011 that it will conduct maintenance until Dec. 20 on the electrostatic precipitators at its refinery in Borger, Texas, which will effect the fluid catalyst convertor unit, according to the company’s filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
