  In our coke drums which will be commissioned ,the side feed entry facility available in view of delta valves and alternate drain/quench facility is not given.
  Kindly share your valuable feed back regarding water draining and quenching , is any problems arrived ?

  We have Delta Valves on our Coker with side feed lines entering the drums. It is a new coker at only four years old, but we have had no problems quenching or draining (no transfer line plugging).

  we have coke drum with delta valvaes side feed entry in coke derum bottom.some time we faced problem in water quaching . feed line presssure goes high more than 8.5 kg on that time we line up alternate line
