I am working with a group in developing a modular refinery in a light oil region of Canada. We have a low sulphur content in our raw product and are looking to explore other opportunities for desulphurization of the diesel and other materials outside of a HydroTreater. Does anyone have experience in this field, or know of cost effective options?
