Tesoro: Minimal output impact from L.A. coker work HOUSTON, Sept 21, 2009 (Reuters) – Tesoro Corp said it expects minimal production impact from planned coker maintenance this week at the company’s 100,000 barrel per day Los Angeles refinery.
Tesoro warned California pollution regulators last week that it might be flaring at the refinery between Sunday and Friday.
