April 11 (Bloomberg) — Marathon Oil Corp., the largest
refiner in the U.S. Midwest, said it shut a gasoline-producing
fluid catalytic cracker at its Catlettsburg, Kentucky, refinery
after a “problem” in a substation.
“Discretionary” customers, those who do not have a
contract with the plant, have been “cut off” from fuel
deliveries, Linda Casey, a company spokeswoman, said in a
telephone interview.
