Shell Says Deer Park Refinery Unit Returned to Full Operation

     March 17 (Bloomberg) — Royal Dutch Shell Plc, Europe’s
largest oil company, said a fluid catalytic cracker at its Deer
Park, Texas, refinery, has returned to full operation.
     The unit returned to service after having been down, Shaun
Higgins, a company spokesman, said in a voice mail. Higgins did
not say why or how long the unit had been down.
