ConocoPhillips Says California Refinery Is Starting Units

     May 23 (Bloomberg) — ConocoPhillips, the second-largest
U.S. refiner, is starting units at its Wilmington, California,
refinery after maintenance, a spokesman said.
     “They are just getting the units back up now,” Bill
Graham, a company spokeswoman, said in a telephone interview.
     Graham did not say which units were being brought back into
operation. He said April 9 that a crude unit, a coker and a
hydrocracker that were undergoing repairs would be returned to
service in May.
     The refinery can process 147,000 barrels of oil a day, U.S.
Energy Department data show.
