      The designed feed for DCU in this refinery is vacuum residue with cut point 565C+ from VDU.
       
      We plan to feed this DCU with atmospheric residue(cut point 343+) from CDU.
       
      The throughput will be only 50% of the designed rate.
       
      Is there any risk for executing this process change?

      Is there any coker runnimg with only atmospheric resid as feed stock, please give reference.

      Similar query. Plan to process CDU bottom as feed to DCU instead of VR ex VDU. kindly forward your views.
