How many Coker’s are able to send the blowdown condensate to the cutting water / quench tank for re-use? If YES, any special design of oil- water settling drum or cutting water tank . If YES, any odor problems?
What % of total drum quench water becomes blowdown condensate – as opposed to filling the drum, drain to maze / pit, recovered to cutting water / quench water tank. My Coker is about 30%.
