Does anyone have a system that is working well?
Examples would be as follows:
1. Blowdown drum trays intact and removing heavy oil.
2. Fin fans not plugged, condensing design steam rate. How many BTU’s per hour for a 15 hour or less cycle time?
3. Oil – water separation drum allowing water to be re-used as cutting water, oil re-processed without emulsion breaker or additional vessel for separation.
If YES to any of above – what design or operating scheme is used to achieve success. THANKS
