We are observing some carry over to the top air cooler of the main tower. Frequently we need to clean up the air cooler because the top tower pressure increase. We think that this carry over are from some problem of the tower because sometimes the top temperature increase a lot in short time. The product on the air cooler after analysis indicate 80 % oil and 20 % soluble in water. Anybody has this problem ?
