Citgo Starts Crude, Vacuum Unit at Corpus Christi Refinery

April 10 (Bloomberg) — Citgo Petroleum Corp., a U.S.
refiner wholly owned by Venezuela’s state-owned oil company,
said the company is starting the crude and vacuum unit at its
Corpus, Christi, Texas, refinery after maintenance.
The startup may result in emissions between 1 p.m. local
time today and April 17, Citgo said in a report to state
regulators.
