Coke drum overhead vapor line

Does anyone kwon what is the tipycal range or value of roughness factor for coke drum overhead vapor line before quench injection and after quench injection.

We are using standard roughness factor 0.00015 ft for clean commercial steel pipe, but We do not know the roughness factor when there is coke laydown inside the line.
 
If you have some value please advise.
