We normally charge our DCU with VR cut point of 510~520C.

There is a lot of coke fine in the produced coke.

As we know some refinery charge their DCU with VR cut point of 560C or even higher.

Could we relate our coke fine with the low VR cut point?

VR cut point should ideally be 540+ deg C. To mitigate coke fine problem you can also check on your Heater outlet temperature and Crude/VR composition.
