Debutanizer operation

At DCU debutanizer If the result of LPG sample 95% is higher than target, which one of these has the best effect
1- Decrease the debutanizer buttom temperature or
2- Increase the debutanizer reflux rate

It is quite obvious it will happen only w.r.to debut reflux not reducing the debut bottom temp.
Reduction in debut temp will show some more c4 components in the bottom naphtha.
