SHUTDOWN EFFICIENCY
– Flush fractionator until bottoms product is of LCGO consistency
– Ready for entry in ~7 days
– Water wash post RTI chem clean and steam out
– Good feedback with RTI
– Steam condensing in OVHD fans so had to steam reflux drum direct
HEATER TRIP
Bring feed back when:
-Velocity & emergency steam
– Tower pressure rises
– COT’s drop
– Drum has enough time to coke for +4 hours
DRUM UNHEADING & WATER DRAIN
-Vent line needs to be same size as drain line
ADVANCE CONTROLS – HTS & FRAC
– DMC works well
SPALLING
– 24 hrs need Bridge-well vs. off-line whole htr spall
