In an scenario in which there is an extra production of high pressure steam in the refinery (e.g. this extra production has to be laminated to low pressure steam and then condensed in order to recover), has any one considered the possibility of using part of this extra steam to heat the drums thus reducing the volume of hydrocarbons sent to the Blowdown system? Pros? Cons?
