We have faced a problem of excessive gas generation which overloads the wet gas compressor. We are unable to sort out the problem. We have taken the following actions but with no effect.
Decreased the operating pressure of chamber.
Decreased the heater outlet temperature to 496 Deg C.
Kindly suggest some ways to decrease the gas make.
