Exxon says Billings FCC back up
NEW YORK, April 27, 2009 (Reuters) – Exxon Mobil Corp said on Monday that it has restarted a gasoline-making fluid catalytic cracker unit at its 60,000-barrel per day Billings, Montana, refinery after completion of planned work.
