We have an upper and lower feed location for our fractionator. The vapour return from the drums is located between the two feed nozzles. Would using the upper feed location result in higher MCR content in the Gas Oil?
my understanding is that you will get better quality of gas oil, because this feed will act as an additional wash, but at the cost of higher recycle.
