During precommisioning stage can we line up gas plant without establishing naphtha circulation within the plant by simply after doing pressure testing inertisation steaming anf FG back up followed by Naphtha back up and establishing coulmn level? What may be adverse effect if we exclude Gas plant naphtha circulation.
