GE and Bechtel have signed an agreement with TransCanada to build a polygeneration facility in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan. The facility will gasify petroleum coke to generate 300 MW of electricity and will produce hydrogen, nitrogen, and CO2 for enhanced oil recovery. See the linked press release for more information
