high viscosity anti-foam

We are looking at a trial run with 600K cst anti-foam (we currently use 60K cst). It seems that most people have seen a reduction in Si carryover after making this switch, but what about actual anti-foam use?

I’ve heard the 600k cst dosage incresed 2.5~3 times than 60k cst
Did you finish a trial run? What about result?
