Has anyone experience in using of hollow cone sprays in coker fractionator spray chamber?

In both of our coker fractionator we hallow cone sprays in  Flash zone section.   They are very effective in reduing the recycle stream.
The liquid to the spray should be bubble point liquid and not sub cooled liquid . If you use sub cooled liquid the spray pattern will collapse.

The standard design for a open spray chamber wash zone is hollow cone nozzles. Full cone nozzles are used to distribute liquid over packed beds and grid.
