Article published Tuesday, October 7, 2008Lima refinery recovering from pipeline breachLIMA, OhioCanadian oil company Husky Energy Inc. said yesterday it is increasing production at its refinery here after repair of a crude-oil pipeline.
Dennis Floate, a spokesman for Husky, said the refinery is processing about 125,000 barrels of oil; normal rate is 140,000 barrels a day.
The plant operated at reduced rates after a 238,000-barrel-a-day crude-oil line that supplies refineries in Ohio and Michigan was breached Friday.
