CALGARY, Alberta, Jan 8 (Reuters) – Imperial Oil Ltd. said on Monday its Edmonton refinery has returned to full output of about 165,000 to 175,000 barrels a day, after being cut back when a unit broke late last month.A catalytic cracker at the refinery sited malfunctioned after a power outage in December, reducing output to about 145,000 barrels a day.
