What is it the lowest temperature in the heater outlet in order to prevent any “pseudo” coke inside the drum ? And in the drum outlet ? If we do not have a high temperature in the furnace outlet the coke inside drum is like the feed. We are running our furnace outlet at 928F and we do not have any problems also with hot spot. We observe that 896 F at drum inlet starting coking problem inside the drum.
