Lyondell-Citgo restarts fluid unit

Lyondell Chemical Co. on Monday said that Lyondell-Citgo Refining LP restarted its fluid catalytic cracking unit over the weekend. Operating rates of both the 268,000-barrels-per-day refinery and the 98,000-barrels-per-day fluid catalytic cracking unit are being increased.
