What is the experience with NH3 gas incinerator from de second tower of SWS ? We have a SWS with two tower. The first tower has the top gas  rich at H2S that is sending to SRU. The second tower has the top gas rich in NH3 that is sending to incinerator to burn. Our incinerator has problems with its refractory. Does anyone has the same problem ?

What kind of problems are you having and what kind of refractory are you using?  Are you disintegrating your refractory or melting it?  High silica (>20%) refractories in ammonia reformers in the 1970s experienced a lot of refractory problems and downstream boiler fouling due to hydrogen leaching silica from the refractory.  Their solution was to use low silica brick.
