Project at Valero – Benicia

Can someone please provide some details about the upcoming project at Valero’s Benicia, CA refinery? I am hearing a lot of talk about it.

I know that there are a lot RFQ’s out there for the equipment for this project and I have this from at three suppliers. This information seems solid.

Houston, 30 July (Argus) A coker is at planned rates following a problem with a valve earlier this morning at Valero’s 147,000 b/d refinery in Benicia, California, the company said.
The problem was brief and had no impact on production, company spokesman Bill Day said.
The incident caused a release of sulfur dioxide today around 9:45 a.m. EST, Valero said in a filing with the California Emergency Management Agency.
