Quality cutting and quench water

I would like to know if there is any DCU using treated water from SWS (Sour Water Stripping) to cutting and quench the drums ? What would be the spec of this water in therms of quality (clorides, NH3, H2S, pH, cyanedes, etc).
Which process unit would be the best to use (DCU ?, FCCU ?, etc).
Any comments I will appreciate.
