SEOUL, Jan 24 (Reuters) – Top South Korean refiner SK Corp. said on Tuesday it will spend 270 billion won to build fuel oil cracking units at its 840,000 bpd Ulsan refinery. The units consist of a 60,000 barrel-per-day residue fluid catalytic cracking unit and a 80,000 bpd residue hydro desulphurisation unit.
