Tesoro says plans restart L.A. refinery units
HOUSTON, Oct 15, 2008 (Reuters) –Tesoro Corp plans to begin restarting a coking unit and hydrotreating unit at its 100,000-barrel-per-day Los Angeles refinery on Thursday, according to a spokeswoman.
The restart is expected to last through Monday, according to a notice filed with Los Angles-area pollution regulators.
The units were shut for planned work.
