Looks like they caught (most anyway) lot of the changes to project status.
Looking back it is amazing the amount of downtime due storms, economic S/D, accidents & Maintenance T/A for 2008. The 2008 utilization rates will be lucky to make last years 85% level and 2009 is off to lower level of 75-80% due demand & economics!
