Winch Control Panels

Does anyone have a winch control cabinet arragement which meets the ergonomic requirements of its operator? We have an older set of cokers which have a very awkward control layout which we are going to upgrade. Are newer cokers have cabinets which follow a standardized design which are adequate but not ideal for shorter operators. Any ideas or contacts I could make on this subject would be appreciated.

We are looking at installing a control pendant that will allow a person to stand, sit, look in the pit watch the drum what ever. It will most likely resolve any ergonomic issues. We will also be leaving our existing joy stick in service. Have been working with I/R on this.
