BP Cherry Point has let a contract to Jacobs Engineering Group for engineering, design, and procurement services for the replacement of the refinery’s two existing coker heaters. The coker heaters were installed in 1970 as part of the original plant in Blaine, WA. The timeline and value of the contract have not been disclosed.
