Following the successful passing of trial runs by all units at the Quanzhou refining complex, the 240,000-b/d refinery was commissioned on July 9, 2014.  Located in the southern Fujian Province of China, the Quanzhou refinery is equipped with 19 units, including a fluid catalytic cracker and a delayed coker, and can be made to suit any desired diesel-gasoline ratio within the 1.2-2.3 range.
